Privacy Statement, hereafter referred to as FFBCOM, deems careful handling of personal data to be of great importance. As such, personal data will be processed and secured carefully by FFBCOM. FFBCOM upholds the demands dictated by the Dutch Data Protection Act whilst processing this data.

Article 1. General applicability

  1. This privacy statement is applicable to all your visits to the website (hereafter referred to as: ‘the Website’), and your use of FFBCOM software (hereafter referred to as: ‘the Software’).

  2. Should you use the website and the contact form on the Website, FFBCOM will save the following personal details of you:

Article 4. Cookies

FFBCOM uses cookies when offering electronic services. A cookie is a simple, small file that is sent together with the pages of this Website, and is saved on your computer’s hard disc by your browser.

  1. FFBCOM uses cookies to analyse your settings and preferences. Please note that you can turn off cookies via your browser’s or server’s settings.
  2. Through the Website, cookies from the American company Google will be placed, as a part of the “Google Analytics” service. FFBCOM uses this service to keep track, and get reports, of how you use the offered services. Google can give this information to third parties when they are legally required to do so, or insofar as third parties analyse this data in Google’s name. FFBCOM has a processor agreement with Google and has prohibited Google from using the acquired analytics information for other Google services. FFBCOM also disabled the transfer of IP-addresses to Google via analytics.

Article 5. Websites and services by third parties

  1. This privacy statement is not applicable to websites of third parties connected to the website of FFBCOM through links. FFBCOM cannot guarantee that these third parties handle your personal details in a reliable and/or safe manner. FFBCOM recommends you to read the privacy statement of such websites carefully before using such websites.
  2. We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices. This includes a device’s IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.

  2. Should FFBCOM choose to change this privacy statement, these changes will directly be included in the privacy statement. FFBCOM will notify you of these changes during a period of three months, by mentioning it on the Website.
